The project “Carioca de Limão” is an emerging Luso-Brazilian jazz group, founded in Matosinhos, by Helga Azevedo and Gil Santos.

Our commitment is based on a superior musical and instrumental quality where stand out the diversity, the sound fusion of the different ethnic groups and the specific choice of the repertoire and the vocal interpretation marks by the energy, the emotion and connection with the audience and the message conveyed by the themes.

The musical selection navigates between timeless Brazilian rhythms, with a new aesthetic and arrangements that transport the sweetness of jazz and funky grooves to the lively and warm fusion of tropical rhythms and world music with electronic environment notes.
